Volunteers

We know that it is difficult to take time off during the day to help at band camp, but we also know parents want to be involved! We are always happy to get creative and find ways to accommodate parents.

Volunteers are welcome to serve ANY amount of time they are available – even an hour or two can give one of our frequent volunteers a chance to grab a meal or take a break. If you work from home and can be on campus during the day while you monitor your work duties, we would love to have you! If you’re on call and need to be able to leave or take a phone call, just let us know. What we need most are chaperones to be present and available to help if needed – most of the time it is simply watching to make sure students are safe and healthy, so we can be flexible with duties.
